Job Summary
Sberbank Europe AG operates a direct bank as a foreign branch in Germany. Sberbank Direct uses several outsourced systems, which are not overlapped with Austrian IT landscape, to provide services to its clients. We are searching for an IT all-rounder to support the internal and / or external service providers (i.e. Call center and Back office) in CBS related topics. The IT Application Manager is responsible for the maintenance and development of the new Sberbank Germany core banking system, data interfaces between Germany Data Centers in Sberbank Direct Germany and Sberbank Europe Data Centers as well as the IT-infrastructure of the direct bank. Furthermore he/she supports and coordinates internal and external driven projects within SBDE and Sberbank Group Interested? Read on! Your Tasks and Responsibilities
Supporting, advising and steering function between Sberbank Direct and outsourcing partners Responsibility for setup and maintenance of CBS and IT infrastructure, following regulatory requirements and internal guidelines Development, maintenance error handling of internal interfaces between Germany and Austria (implementation with IBM Cognos) Support to respective Sberbank Europe departments (Risk, Finance,...) regarding clarification of business/content related questions Analysis and resolution of incidents (incidents, problems) together with our national and international outsourcing partners as 2nd level support Second level support for customer inquires IT-Support of internal and external driven projects in Sberbank Direct User administration of the core banking system. Administration of roles and rights in the authorization system Professional check and approval of invoices of outsourcing partners in alignment with the contractual conditions and with the support of Sberbank Direct Finance Team Responsibility for IT security in Sberbank Direct
Your Profile
> 5 years in banking or IT sector, ideally in projects related to implementation and maintenance of core financial systems Higher education in IT (HTL, Hochschule or Fachhochschule) Bank-specific knowledge in order to be able to analyze user needs Strong IT technical knowledge with strong focus on IT administration (in general and CBS administration), IT infrastructure (routing/firewalls/client-server architecture), and databases. Strong understanding of technical surrounding within the banking industry, and administration reporting tools (IBM Cognos), MS Office (especially Excel). Any other hard skill/software knowledge required (Oracle, SQL, Testmanagement know-how, etc?) fluent English and German are must, any other Eastern European language is an advantage
